How to fix this?

My builder has installed Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops with a straight edge rather than the ogee edge I specified. My hunch is that this can't be remedied on-site and (http://maplered.com) that the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) will have to be removed. In order to get a good result, can he remove the existing Granite (http://tanbrown.org) and (http://maplered.com) re-shape the edge, or does he have to start over?

Any advice you can give this ignorant consumer will be greatly appreciated!
